"I just wish upon them the same level of care and service be provided to their family members if they fall stricken with cancer as they provide to their rcca patients. The office is run by their staff who are inefficient and just not good to work with, (doing you a favor being there) kind of thing. It appears that the doctors condone it. When your loved one is facing cancer you feel like your world has collapsed and you don't need the attitude and/or ineptitude. Please consider Sloan , Cooper, RWJ for your loved ones care BY THE WAY RCCA OUR FAMILY MEANS NOTHING IN YOUR WORLD, BUT THEY MEAN THE WORLD US. If you have experienced sub-standard care or service, please file a complaint with the NJ department of health."

"I was treated for cancer here in 2018 and currently. Kelly and q are great nurses and most of the others are as well. Vicky at the front desk is always helpful Why only a 3? 2 reasons, one annoying nurse who is older, rude and always doing a stupid giggle after literally everything she says. 2 weeks ago i was told by a nurse not to plug my self back in when i came back from the bathroom. The annoying one passed by, i asked if she could replug me, she gave me a nasty, you could do it yourself, followed by her stupid giggle, lots of patients say they cant sleep when shes there because shes loud and obnoxious. The other reason is on the off chemo week i have to see the oncologist. Hes nice but sometimes the wait is 2 hours after appt time. If im late or cant make it i call. Offices should give us patients the same courtesy"

"My dad has been treated with utmost care. Dr. Balar and the staff at RCCA are the best! They make patients feel as part of their family and their bedside manner is second to none. It is hard to believe that this place has gotten some bad reviews - maybe the experience differs vastly from doctor to doctor but our experience with Dr Balar and staff has been superb."

"Had an issue with a patient and labs. Staff and physician basically lied for a week. They offered to do all labs. Drew them. Never sent I’m assuming. After staff telling me they weren’t back, Then they’d check. Now my dr office found they weren’t done. I’m a nurse. Kept asking. Good news is my dad’s important procedure has been delayed a week. Not a place I’d want to take a family member again. He came on recommendation. A Dr is only as good as his staff."
