"I took my solid gold name ring there that I’ve had since I was nine years old to get welded back together because it got caught on something and snapped at the bottom. These people hallowed out my ring !!!! It’s not the same weight anymore and just slides off my finger. I am still trying to figure out what i can do legally. You can literally see that they took chucks out of the inside of the ring. And didn’t even have the nerve to buff it smooth !!! I am in the process of taking legal action. They are crooks who act like they don’t speak English when there is a problem !! DISHONEST CROOKS !!!"

"Best jewelry store in Newburgh NY no doubt about it. Good prices and good customer service. Owner is polite and is who you will deal with not any pushy salespeople. I love my pendant which was actually 200$ less at love then in the mall (same pendant) trust me and stop by take a look you wont regret it!"
