"This Claire's is located in the most empty mall in America. Placed an online order at 12:30 pm, arrived at the store at 4:30 to pick it up. The two workers were doing absolutely nothing. Because if you have ever been to this mall...its dead. I let them know I was here to pick up my online order. The employee goes "oh, we just gave yo grab the items". So I had to wait for the employee to grab my items. I asked what was the point of in-store pick up? The employee tried to tell me "we only check in store orders twice a day". After I waited, they told me 1/2 of my order wasn't available. Overall poor customer service."

"I am now a former employee. And for good reason. While I will not name names, this place IS NOT the place to work for if you are a college student like me who needs the money. To start, I had no written job description that I know of. I was reprimanded for the job I was doing on the floor and while customers were in the store. I was constantly left passive aggressive notes on the job I was doing and I never received the proper training for certain things that needed to be done for the store to run smoothly. My last straw was when I was reprimanded in front of customers on Monday, where upon I had a horrible shift afterwards. The things they tell you to do for the job you have as a manager is ridiculous. Heed my warning when I say it is a toxic work environment"

"I brought my daughter to Claire's to get a second hole in each ear and a cartilage piercing. The young lady who helped us was SO nice and accommodating. My daughter and I spent so much time going back and forth on the placement and she was so patient with us. She marked about 5 different spots for the piercing, and even brought the manager over for a 4th opinion (me, my daughter, her and now the manager)! We're so happy with the results and would recommend Claire's in the newburgh mall to anybody considering a piercing!"

"Had clearence items buy 3 get 3 and went to register and was told its only for certain items. Nothing stated that and nothing was separated. The excuse we got was that the store was too small to seperate it all."
