"Was visiting West Point and staying in the area when my Seiko SKX suddenly stopped working. I happened upon this store and stopped in to have it checked out. The owner was very helpful and advised me on what steps to take to get this, my favorite watch repaired. We had a nice conversation about watches and it was apparent that he enjoys what he does. I didn't buy anything, but they have a nice selection. I recommend visiting this store if you have any jewelry issues to resolve. Nice store, nice people."
"The guy responsible for the ebay account of this shop is very rude. I won an auction and he decided not to sell me the watch due to the fact that i wanted it to be shipped to a friend on mine in the US. I asked a friend to visit the shop and purchase the watch and he rejected to sell it. Called to ask and he decided to hang up the phone while taking. Totally not acceptable and not recommended."
