"Speaking as the owner of a 1 year old pup who frequents this location, I can't say enough good things about this pet store. It isn't the biggest pet store in the area with 1000 different brands but they are most reliable, friendliest, and most helpful pet store I've encountered. They certainly have more than enough different brands and varieties of pet foods and toys to find something your pet will love. Aside from being friendly and helpful while you're in-store, they are also willing to deliver in an extremely quick and timely manner for no extra charge (?!). I once ran into a self-made emergency where I forgot to get my pup more pet food and it was already 5:30pm. I believe this store closes at 6pm so I assumed I would just have to make do until the next morning borrowing from a neighbor. But within an hour, Pet Central has delivered my pup's favorite kibble to my doorstep. Phenomenal place that has a loyal customer as long as I'm on the Upper West Side."
