PANDORA

"As I am typing we are still waiting for them to call our name, I understand when the holidays come around it does get hectic. But they made us wait outside the store 30 minutes, and coming in the store there has been a wait for more then 40 minutes. I am purchasing one charm ONE CHARM ! AND STILL WAITING IN LINE . The store manager comes to the floor for a few minutes does not ask if anyone needs any help, and leaves to the back. Mind you there is about 25 plus people here. There is another lady taking care of the list of people waiting to purchase what they need, and at the same time taking care of online pick up. HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS GOING ON ? I been here for the pass hour all you have to do is observe, I will never be coming back to this location because of the fact of the wait time and the store manager was no help so what does that tell me about this store. This is ridiculous I was not the only customer upset I even had conversation with a young man about him waiting longer then me. The store managers name is Angela !!! I asked if there anything that’s she could help me with, she proceeds to let me know “There is not enough people to workinfnrhey will call you when your next “"

Is beyond rude I’ve came in there twice needing help and she dismisses you so quickly and is so inconsiderate as if there is nothing she can do as if it’s the customers fault the employees being trained by this manager are mis informed but the general manager is so helpful. Michele makes each experience so difficult."
