"This is most unprofessional jewelers that I have ever had to deal with. I needed a watch battery and after going to a number of jewelers who said they needed to send it out, I went to Celeste. When I called them, they told me it could be done in in the store, but when I went there, I was informed me that it needed to be sent out and would be ready in 3 days and would cost between $15-$20. Three weeks later, after numerous phone calls, I finally am told it is ready. When I pick it up, I am told it will cost $30. After complaining about the amount of time and cost, I paid and left. I then received a phone call from the owner, who was rude and unprofessional. When did it change that customer service was not important."

They were warm, welcoming, had lots to choose from, and I was never made to feel like I had to spend hedge-fund sums. I chose a necklace that had been designed and made by the owner, which my wife gets compliments on all the time. The experience was a pleasure. I'd send any friend there!"
