"Avoid this place at all costs! I took my bracelet to be resized, and I was completely disappointed. Not only did they butcher the clasp and replaced 2 of my diamonds, but they denied everything and said it was exactly the same as when I gave it in. The difference was so obvious, I didn't even need a magnifying glass to see it. You can see in the picture, the repair person replaced the clasp/hook with a completely different size. And they replaced the first 2 diamonds with completely different stones and setting. I have total understanding that these jobs are not easy, but they did not own up to the mistakes that were made which shows a lot about the owners of the store."
