"Went to pick up a buy online pick up in store order and it wasn't ready after a day and a half. The item was in stock on the sales floor but the employee and manager refused to complete the order for me to pick up after traveling to the store. I ordered on Friday and we got a notification that the order was ready Sunday after the store close. The item is expensive and online was offering a discount so I'm sure they were trying to sell it over the weekend full price rather than completing my order. Why offer pick up in store if your going to be shady about your sales."

Because it was not going through in their computer, they refused to do it manually even though they could do it that way. The customer service is poor. Hopefully they do better in the future."
