"Run don't walk from spending any money with this company. Coming back from injury I decided to try their bike via their lease program. I paid for 12 months and decided to end the agreement. After wasting over an hour with three phone calls and never able to get to anyone who could help me I tried via the app and then the website to cancel the engagement. I was told on four separate occasions via message that I would be contacted by someone in their inside sales department to help end the agreement. After that never happened I contacted them to finally get a ridiculous lease buyout price that of course I had no other option except to pay. Otherwise they would destroy your credit. You are much better off to buy a quality bike from a local Fitness Store and simply use your phone or tablet to find something to watch while you work out."

"2 die hard pelotoners - highly don’t recommend visiting this location. Staff were all on the roe phones or sitting down. The merchandise was sad and extremely limited. The most disheartening thing was to see zero passion from the employees for the experience of visiting the store and having questions. Lastly we came in with close to zero expectations about catching a studio class, the booking never works. When we asked the employees about classes they laughed and said good luck no one gets classes."
