"These are not real boot fitters!!! I took a trip to the United States and decided to go to New York just to buy custom boots in this store. After skiing for a week, the boots are not what I expected since I am suffering a lot of pain and something is starting to grow on my foot!! In addition to the pain, I have to stop after each descent to take off my boots so that my foot can rest. Please don't come to this store and go to any other boot fitter look for something more professional!!"

"I had a great experience some years ago but bought boots recently and, without mentioning it, they sold me boot with a new "Grip Walk" sole which is incompatible with standard ski bindings!!!?!? Who in their right mind starts selling non-standard boots without telling their customers?!? I only found out when I was at a station and wanted to ski on regular rental skis. You can replace the soles but they replacements are not easy to find and it would take days to ship. When I called for help and to complain about this, the store staff had a monster attitude about it, as if I was the crazy one for finding this to be really poor service. I'm sure they make a bit of extra money on these soles or whatnot as makes zero sense otherwise to do this to customers."

"These are not real bootfitters. they will sell you a boot and will try to seduce you with some high tech measurement gadgets. This is just a store to buy boots, not real boot fitters. If you have any kind of pain or discomfort their official answer is "that's weird". Strongly do not recommend for any type of real skier."
