"Great place. I was having foot pain and needed a new pair of running shoes. They do a free feet scan which guides the try-ons. Samaria helped me out and she was super helpful and patient. They don't have a treadmill, but they have a 60 day return window. Everything's at MSRP and sometimes on sale. If it's your first time buying running shoes in a while like me, I'd say it was worth it :)"

"Fahim & manager Erica are REALLY skilled at working with clients who have fit issues due to old sports injuries. Me: a few old surgeries; dislocated big toes; broken other toes; one foot wider than the other; flat feet. My feet are not easy to fit but Fahim & Erica (especially Erica) really know their products; aren't fazed by complicated fits; are very patient. Each client undergoes a computerized foot analysis that quantifies & qualifies arches, pro-/supination tendencies, width, length, etc. and then a gait analysis. Based on that, shoes are recommended. As we all know: size and width, even though standardized, are not standardized. Be prepared to be surprised and delighted. During the course of the last couple of times I visited, I encountered serious runners, recent-surgery rehabbers, and several people who, like me, are just looking to hit their step goals. Highly, highly recommend Fleet Feet!"

I arrived late on a Friday, just in time for the post-work rush, and Karin/Carin (spelling) did a fantastic job answering my novice runner questions, teaching me about my feet, finding me the best possible shoe for my needs, and managing an overflow of customers. Prices were in line with online msrps, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy tag-on items.
