The Pfeiffer Center, located at 260 Hungry Hollow Road in Spring Valley, New York, is a unique institution that focuses on biodynamic farming and education. Collaborating with the neighboring Fellowship Community’s Duryea Farm, they have created Threefold Community Farm, a nine-acre farm that includes cows, draft horses, and an apiary. The Farm Leadership Team, mentored by Mac Mead, upholds the ideals of caring for the land through biodynamics and providing educational opportunities for all ages.

Threefold Community Farm continues the Pfeiffer Center's tradition of teaching biodynamics through internships, training programs, workshops, and programs for children. Their mission is to care for the land using biodynamic practices, foster a learning community, and build inclusive social connections.

The self-serve Farm Store offers a variety of products including milk, yogurt, cheeses, teas, herbs, and more. Visitors can also enjoy freshly harvested produce every Friday from mid-June to the end of October. The Pfeiffer Center is a place where people can learn, connect with nature, and support sustainable agriculture.
