"Moving is very stressful and this sub-par moving company does not make it easier. The boss, Tom, is not responsive and generally rude. I told him I wouldn't have my apartment keys until 830AM when he wanted to do the delivery at 8AM and he lost his temper, told me his guys would be there at 8 regardless, told me it was "unheard of" that my objects were being delivered on my moving date, then stopped accepting my phone calls. He also kept saying "I know, we're the worst moving company in the world" - if I were the boss of a moving company I don't think I'd want to advertise that I have a terrible company, but what do I know. On the day of my delivery I learned that the movers had packed my glass table lamp in an empty cardboard box with no protection at all, and of course it was shattered on arrival - please see the photos. They also broke my night stand. I tried calling the moving company because I thought they'd be interested to know what happened, but again my calls were declined. I'm filing a claim with their outside insurance company but I haven't heard back yet. Would strongly recommend going with any other moving company aside from this one, and I recommended that my moving broker company, National Moving Services, stop partnering with this company as well."

"If I could rate -10 Stars I would have!!! Every item that was porcelain, glass or crystal was crushed. Holes in back of 2 pieces of bedroom furniture. My marble top microwave cart looks like someone took a sledge hammer to it! 90% of boxes were CAREFULLY packed by owners! Contract was inaccurate, all items listed as we packed, LIE! Cost us $8500 ! After original estimate of $4500. We were held hostage after truck was fully loaded, asked for add'l $3000 cash, on a Sunday, no ATM could dispense that amount! Had to scrounge best we could! Like a tornado took EVERYTHING in their path! STAY AWAY!!!!"
