"Absolutely the worst move of my life, crooks from the word go. Do not use this company. Zero customer service and the bill kept going up as we went. Came a day late and in a small rental truck, not at all what we were promised. Our things were just strewn around with no care or compassion. I’ve moved many times and this was the most stressful ever due to how we were treated, they should be out of business. Crooks!!!!!! PS, they posted a rebuttal on here as they have on everyone that’s complained against them. When they ‘finally’ got to our new home, they didn’t even bother to take boxes to rooms that were clearly marked on them, it was all just hap hazardly pitched in the garage. We basically moved ourselves and had to go 3 times to get stuff they had no room for. $5,000 move and we did majority of it. The WORST people I’ve ever dealt with/ hands down!!!! I had to give one star to be able to post but it’s -5"
"DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Although I paid extra money for them to pack my items, two men came a day later than scheduled, unknowing and unprepared. Using mostly my boxes and packing materials, they packed and moved my items, including a small safe. My items were transferred to another company, unbeknownst to me and took a month to arrive. Some items were damaged. The safe, however, was more than damaged and it never arrived. It was broken into, the evidence being that most of the items had been thrown into one of MY plastic bins. Four rings from the safe are gone. The company NEVER responded directly to me through phone calls, texts or emails and their insurance company offered me $30.00! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!"
"The worse company to work with! I wish I could do zero star... They came to deliver my stuff for the first time which they were missing half of my stuff. I gave the driver a list of missing stuff and also sent an email to the company to make sure they are aware. They came for the second delivery and still did not bring everything including my son's crib, crib mattress, a box of all of our framed pictures and many more. Worth saying that one of my antique pieces was molded and they left a box that was not mine in my house even tho I told them its not mine... I do have pictures of everything. Then, I tried to contact them again and they promised to do a warehouse sweep to find everything. They never did and never responded to my calls. Stay away from them as much as you can."
"We hired Domestic movers who is an affiliate company. They arrived late, and once our valuables were loaded onto their truck they doubled the price and only loaded half of the truck. They arrived late to the drop off on purpose and then refused to unload our stuff until we paid. We paid and then they refused to take our stuff to the apartment and asked for even more money. They were extorting us from the onset. They then began to throw our stuff around and damaged valuable paintings and antiques. It was the worst experience i have had with any company. I was actually afraid. We called their supervisor and he was in on it and said there “was nothing he could do”. I don’t normally write reviews, but I don’t want anyone else to have to suffer what we went through."
"The worst. In fact I will be pursuing legal action if not refunded every dime. Fortunately our deposit was through American Express who we already contacted. The movers that showed up a day late and unprofessional tried to rip us off to know avail from a moving quote of 3300.00 to 10,000 by the time they got finished marking up the prices on every single item that had previously been quoted. We fired them on the spot and told them to immediately unload 4 pieces of furniture that had already been loaded on the truck. When they refused and threatened to drive away with over 20,000 of furniture on the truck after us already paying a 1200.00 deposit the police were called. Truly a stressful day, however it could have ended worse had the police not gotten involved. After seeing these scumbag movers appear at my home I knew I would not let them move a roll of toilet paper from my home. The lesson learned is do your due diligence when hiring a company. Meet with them first. Get in writing from them a set price in person, and make sure they are bonded and know what they are doing. These guys also came with a truck to small to even move all our stuff we supposedly contracted for and did not know how to take the pool table apart. They were the worst. Thankfully I caught on quick and refused to let them transport anything. This business must be shut down."
