"DO NOT Use this company or Eagle movers. They are a total scam!!!!! They will take your belongings, hold them hostage, and lie to you for weeks! Kelly the manager is an absolute liar and horrible person. RUN RUN RUN!!!!"
"This company is the beyond terrible. First of all we never contacted them and we were given this company by Eagle movers! We paid so much money for an end to end job. Our stuff never came for over a month. We asked to reroute to the same place where they picked up from. It was supposed to go from Ohio to Oregon. The stuff was sitting in a New Jersey place. The driver dropped off after 5 days and disappeared. Never fixed anything. Of course he tried to fix a dining table and drilled the table top with missing parts. We lost so many stuff. Most glassware were in pieces. Approved Insurance claim was $150!!!!!!! We are going to file a case!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They also go by Cross Country Long Distance Movers or just Cross Country Movers. There we're a myriad of problems with no communication. They kept our stuff for over a month and when we did receive it things were broken and we are missing items. We also received things that weren't ours and when we mentioned they just left it in our lawn (if someone is missing a plastic plant and stand, sorry). They told us they would be here at noon and didn't show up until 730pm without any communication. When I called I was hung up on. They lied to us about where they were (we had a tracker with our stuff). After being over 7 hours late with no communication they we're shocked when my husband showed up at their location indicated by our tracker, walked up to their truck and asked if they were cross country. At first they denied they were affiliated and then when my husband told them he had a tracker and our stuff was in their truck suddenly they remembered the company they worked for. It took us tracking them down and confronting them for them to deliver our stuff. It then took them an hour and a half to unload our stuff (we have a studio apartment so we don't have a lot) What's more my husband had to help them unload while they made phone calls These people are terrible. Do not use them."
"Should not receive any stars! They are also operating under the name Cross Country long Distance Movers. They will charge you an extra $500 that has to be paid in cash to move your items from a freight elevator to your doorstep a few steps down. They will lose your items and not bring everything even though you placed AirTags in the boxes to let them know they didn’t have everything and showed them exactly the updated info of where the AirTags were locating the items. After losing/stealing those boxes they may find one box at their warehouse that has been found 2 weeks ago and not do anything to get that box to you even though they are at fault and tell you they are in no rush to send a box of “used perfumes” customer service is horrible. Movers are horrible. Boxes came ripped and torn. Prepare to experience a nightmare dealing with them."
"Cross Country Long Distance Movers (a/k/a New Destiny Moving Services LLC) picked up our household items end of June and it is now 41 DAYS LATER, and we still DON'T HAVE A DELIVERY DATE. The mover wrote on the contract "6/26/21" for "1st date available for delivery." We call this company several times a week to mostly get voicemail and no return call, or a live person who tells us there is a delay due to shortage of trucks and drivers, and has to contact the dispatcher for delivery date and will call us back, which they never do. For the past two weeks we have been told "your household items are loaded on a truck and will be delivered on Sunday or Monday," but still no delivery of our household items. It should have been a red flag when someone from the moving company texted us without using their name the night before our scheduled pickup date to say there was a one day delay, and the movers showed up 1.5 hours late on the pickup day with a U-Haul truck. The mover told us they would move our household items to a warehouse in New Jersey to then be transported in a larger moving truck co-mingled with other deliveries. We DO NOT recommend using this moving company unless you like waiting and waiting, then be lied to week after week. There are over 30 complaints on the Better Business Bureau website for this company, which we, unfortunately, didn't check before scheduling our move, so please beware of doing business with this company."
