"I’ve been using iPostal since March 2017 and it’s currently January 2024. Today was the first day I’ve ever needed to contact their customer support and I’m really happy with my experience! I used the chat feature and Maria quickly resolved my problem. I did first try calling their customer support but the automated system said the wait time to talk to someone would be long so I hung up and tried the chat instead. I’m glad I did because that was a lot faster than waiting on hold would’ve been. I highly recommend iPostal. Great product, great price, and (now that I’ve tried it) great customer service!"
