"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I paid for air shipping, expecting my package to be delivered within 15 days. However, my experience was nothing short of frustrating. The shipment was delayed, and I found myself constantly having to call for updates. Promises of callbacks were never fulfilled, and I was left in the dark about the status of my package. To add to my disappointment, my package was finally delivered on August 18th, a whopping 34 days after I dropped it off at their store on July 15th. This delay makes me wonder whether they sent my package by sea instead of air, despite charging me a lot more money for air shipping. This is not only unacceptable but also a waste of the extra money I paid. I will never consider using this company again, and I strongly advise against anyone else using their services."
"I ship to my family in Venezuela with this company. They are very responsible and I have never encountered any issues (been shipping with them for 5 years). The packages arrive on time and in perfect condition. They are easy to talk to and they help you no matter what. On my last shipment I made a mistake with the phone numbers for the delivery and I was able to fix it via text message in a matter of minutes, they are very competent. You can easily track the packages any time and the prices are very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional and trustworthy"
