"Warning to NOT purchase from Bunny Williams.!!! Dining room chairs are on the expensive side . However the wood is cheap and they come apart. and the wood splits. Most importantly they will not repair or offer any assistance Oh I forgot they offered 5 per cent off a new purchase if I would order 4 more chairs......"
"I was so wowed by the customer service I am compelled to write my first google review. I ordered a rug online and w/in a day I got an email letting me know it would take 4 months as it is hand made and they wanted to know if I was still interested before charging my card. I forgot to reply and received a very kind follow up the next week. We said yes and BWH said they would charge me half the amount now and the remaining upon shipment. I noticed they charged the full amount. I contacted customer service via email to inquire and received an immediate reply and refund-within minutes. I couldn't have more pleased with the experience. I would recommend them to anyone and will work with Bunny Williams Home again. Thanks Amy!"
