The staff was so sweet and held the baby for me so I could use the restroom before heading home. I also really appreciated that they called me before our baby’s one month checkup to reschedule because they had so many sick visits that morning during walkins and wanted the cleaning crew to come before the healthy newborn was seen the next day!"

"Dr. Dana Sless has been my children’s doctor for 21 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. In fact, my son who is now 21 didn’t want to change dr’s when I told him he’d have to find a primary dr when he aged out. I also have an 18 year old daughter who feels the same way. She says she’s not leaving until she 21 and ages out as well. Well, all of these years later, I was surprised with a miracle baby and now have a newborn. It was a no brainer when having to choose a pediatrician for my new baby. Dr. Sless has provided great care for both of my older kids so I know that my baby is in good hands with her. My children mean the world to me and I only want what’s best for them, and Dr. Sless is the best. From always being able to get an appt when/if my kids were sick, to filling out sports paperwork, getting the proper vaccinations, you name it, my kids ALWAYS got great care at Brighton Pediatrics. Thank you Dr. Sless for being an instrumental part of my older children’s growth, and now being the pediatrician for my new baby. We appreciate you and all that you do. "We have been going to this practice for years. I received a certified letter today stating that they will no longer be our children's pediatrician. My wife took my 15yr old daughter for a sick visit last week. Dr. Sless refused to look in my daughters' ears at the exam even though my daughter was complaining about throat and ear issues. My wife questioned this and Sless still refused. Dr. Sless wrote a script for blood work. My wife, being a Holistic Nutrionist , asked her to add a couple of more blood test specifically vitamin D. Sless pushed back and said no need everyone has low vitamin D. Later that night I called the office upset because my daughter was crying about her ear. Sless never called back and now we receive this letter. Dr. Sless is rude and condescending. All she ever does is try to push shots in the kids and is only concerned about treating the symptom and not the underlying condition. We had already secured a new pediatrician after our experience with her last week, so her letter was irrelevant. It just solidifies our decision was correct and shows that she is a petty arrogant person. I would like to add that Natalia is amazing. If she ever leaves this practice, we would certainly follow her."
