"Hello corporate, Clementon, NJ Atlanticare needs your help: I have no issues with your doctors they were great. My issue is with who is doing the billing and the supervisor Lisa. I am a nurse. I came in for a ppd which they told me was $35. My insurance has lapsed, I paid it cash. They asked me again did I have insurance upon arrival, I told them I did not. I get a survey in the mail, I said my experience was great. Two weeks after the survey, I receive a bill in the mail for $600+. So what your office did was fraudulent. You billed me for a, "visit". The works! So, I placed 3 calls to your physician billing office. Twice they told me the system was down, the third call to jenny said that the system is never down. She said she reached out to the blackwood/clementon office and was waiting for a response. i said well I have emailed (no response as of today), and now called three times I do not want this to go to collections and negatively impact my credit. She said, I can call the office myself and have the supervisor call to say that I paid the 35$. Even though I had a copy of my credit card bill and the receipt. So i call the office 2 times. The first, I spoke with the staff and requested the supervisor Lisa call me back. The second time, a few days later I am sure she called me back because I warned that, I would be calling corporate! She said she was taking care of it. I honestly do not know if it was taking care of. I am waiting to see, if in the next month or so I receive a bill. Unbelievable! I cannot believe that I have wasted hours of my life correcting this. There is no way, that I would ever return!"

"I arrived for my 9 o'clock appointment at 8:45am, I was taken right back into the room. Then I waited an hour for my "provider" to show up which he never did. He was in another room with a patient who was called back after I had already been in my room waiting. I decided to leave and ask for my money back, then he was ready to see me. I usually don't complain but when you blatantly choose one patient over another because of race, age or gender you deserve to be called out. You will not get my business or money!!! I only gave a star because i had to give something."
