"We have gone to Primal Surf 2 years in a row now for surf lessons - the staff is very helpful and accommodating when you call and Mike and his crew teaching the surf lessons are amazing people. Very well versed in the surf and tides and naturally skilled surfers! It has taught my son a true love of surf and surfing and I can't say enough about this place. Especially in todays world - it's the best!"

"We had the pleasure of meeting Susan and Michael, the owners of Primal Surf. So very friendly and personable! The store or surf shop or boutique is set up beautifully. Even if your not a surfer, there are many unique items one can find from clothing to jewelry to beach items. Now, if you are a surfer, you can find surf boards, wet suits, anything you need or want for surfing. The main reason we stopped here was because my son and daughter wanted to take surf lessons. Fortunately, the weather held out and they were able to sign up for a lesson. One of Michael’s instructors, Luke, gave them their first lesson and my kids were super excited. Many thanks to Susan, Michael and Luke, for all their kindness and professionalism. My kids look forward to returning for more lessons."

"I heard good things about this surf school and was a little nervous signing up my younger teen kids, but WOW awesome instructors and I felt totally safe since they employ lifeguards to help assist. Pretty much 2 to 1 instruction ratio. Their 2 hour lesson is extremely affordable and great value. My kids were up on boards within ten minutes. Definitely will book another lesson for next week or the following. Don't forget to tip your instructors for a job well done. Jack and Luke were great instructors"

Mike is such a hands on owner, he returns all texts & calls & makes sure anyone that wants to learn to surf, he fits them in! Hes out there on the beach with the kids & parents each day, making sure all the kids have a board & suit!!! And still super personable with all the parents!! We love his positivity & dedication to all his surfers! Our 6 year old son was surfing after his first private lesson with Grace! Today our son was in a group surf lesson with Jesse & he was such a great instructor as well! He made the lesson fun for the kids! We would recommend this surf school!
