"We ordered a board on short notice for my son's birthday. Shipping was very fast and it arrived in plenty of time. Unfortunately the board we received had a chip. Both my wife and I work a lot, so the email I initially sent was late at night and Joe responded within an hour asking for puctures and apologizing for the issue. After talking with Joe and sending pictures, he offered to refund the amount of a repair kit as my son loved the color scheme on the board and didn't want to return it. We were happy with the outcome and will happily shop here again."

"My grandson wanted a new skimboard for his birthday. We live at the beach so stopped in our local surf shops. Decided on Zap Med Wedge. Found the right size for him & searched around town. Prices pretty much higher than expected & selections were so limited. Decided to search on line. Came across East East Coast. Selection was amazing & prices way better than anywhere else. He found a super cool board with no question. I ordered it Sunday 6-25. Called the store to ask few questions on ship vs pick up as saw they were rather local. "So many good things to say about this shop and Joe. Super courteous and responsive on inquiries. Helpful for new to skim boarding. Great stock of different boards for different experience levels. Purchased a new Zap Ace model and the same night I fell flat on my tailbone and hurt myself pretty badly. But this board is good even with a plop and a little hop onto the board I’m getting slow but sturdy 5 second rides! So fortunate to have this shop just a few minutes away from our house in south Jersey. We will definitely be repeat customers and look forward to running into more skimboarders on the beaches!"
