"I couldn't wait to get out of there because people think it's ok to bring their non service dogs into the store and they just allow it. Just because someone is so desperate for attention that they just HAVE TO bring their little rat dog that does nothing but yip and bark the whole time they're shopping with everyone staring at them. Doesn't mean other people want or need to be subjected to that while trying to shop. You want to bring your dog into a store and need attention so bad go to petsmart. Or better yet you know you're going shopping leave it at home."

"I came here with my wife to return a pocketbook - we visit this area often even though we come from out of state. The manager, Mr. Tylor, said that this store is " a small store " and does not accept cash returns, but that they would do it this one time as a courtesy, seemingly out of pity for us. However, he somehow changed his mind three minutes later and decided not to return the item at all, even though they had a pocketbook from the same brand for sale. I asked him if we could simply swap them - he said no, but we could purchase the one they had in store. This sort of flippant behavior is not credible and this sort of person should not be responsible for a serious establishment like TJMAXX."
