"This place is the place to be. I put in a maintenance request yesterday and it was quickly completed. I've been living here since the beginning of September 2023, and I have not ran into any problems. The parking is fine, even during the evening/night, no pests or mice, and the leasing office is always there to help. I couldn't be any happier living here!"
"They raised it again, 1,476 to $1,702 in 2023, this is not acceptable and someone needs to do something for citizens of this town if this keeps going on. Unsafe and never had an inspection of my apartment also with no fire extinguisher and mold growing in my bathroom and no one is attending the situation, 5yrs here and we already had 4 management turnovers also I know for a fact that there are people in the complex that never had a background check and do not belong here, this is so unsafe for the children and the community. All of the tenants here are very aware of what's going on and we are ready to stand up for our children and community. Enough is enough!"
"I rented for just over a year. They tried raising the rent. When the rent was already significantly higher then units nearby. The maintenance was sub par. The unit itself was cheaply painted and cracking months after me moved in. There was only two cieling lights and a washer and dryer in the smaller bedroom which is where the closet should have been. The refrigerator went quickly replaced by an older more broken one. The neighbors in the adjacent apartment were rude and obnoxiously loud for no reason. The staff were the only reason I'd give this one start instead of none. Would not recommend this place."
"This place is unsafe and unstable. Over the 3 years we’ve been here we have seen a complete turnover rate at the office 3 times. Everyone quits suddenly because they’ve had enough, or got fired. We have experienced extreme water damage in every room from the roof that they say they are going to replace every year.. Mold almost in every room and in the walls from the water damage. A cricket infestation, gas leaks, rodents, and many more.. They also have one water meter for each building so you all are splitting the bill.. keep that in mind. Recently they have had a home intrusion in one of the buildings. Multiple times keys have been carelessly given out to tenants that have access to everyone’s door. One of the roofs collapsed in another building from the water damage. And on top of that they had countless racism allegations.. all for the low starting price of 2,000 + a month. Please try to find another place to live. Especially if you have a family. We cannot imagine raising kids in this environment. The amount of stress this place has put on us is unreal. It might look decent on the outside but it’s just a mess on the inside, its a safety and health hazard all together. You and your partner, kids and pets deserve a better life than this especially with how ridiculously expensive it is which absolutely doesn’t live up to its expectations by any means and probably never will. We are looking forward to our lease ending Next year."
"Fair complex, but quickly getting overpriced. The Staff are very nice, but I’m worried about the overall complex health. There was a partial ceiling collapse in I building and a home intrusion in G just this last month. Please guys: your laundry rooms are hazardous. Rock hard floors, no seating, coated, slippery concrete that’s always wet. I have nearly fallen 2-3 times. I know you are phasing them out, but many residents still use them in the meanwhile. I also know you are taking steps to address some of these problems, but core issues are compounding fast. I worry the ones that really matter will take too long and that someone will get hurt. I do have hope for this complex, I’m just concerned."
