"The 24hr maintenance needs some work other than that it's a good place to live."

"I called the leasing office multiple times and was told someone would get back to me... no one ever returned my call. I filled out the online contact form and still no response. Interested in leasing but unable to do so if no one responds."

"I moved into one of the newly renovated apartments in Dec. 2022. The apartment is great. Any problems I have had have been minor and they have been addressed in an expeditious fashion. Very pleased with management staff. They really seem to care! Still some issues with trash on/around property and grocery carts left around. JUST ADULTS BEING SELFISH! NOT management's fault. Wish others were more considerate! Overall, it is a peaceful and nice place to live!"

"A pretty good place. But a 200 dollar a month hike on the rent and the Marianne sucks had a Hole in the wall from the electric being replaced for 6 months and now I have to go almost 3 days without hot water because they don't have the part fix it"
