"I have been living in The Brittany Apartments since March 18th 2023, From the time i have moved in until now i have had two leaks, one of them left a hole in my ceiling and maintenance has been informed multiple times about this issue, no one has cared enough to come fix it even with me explaining to them that I have had several health issues due to the possibility of it being mold floating in through the hole in the ceiling. My nephew, sister and fur babies are now having symptoms of mold exposure including myself and no one has budged to get anything tested after bringing my concerns to the leasing manager. This has been the worst experience i have had dealing with leasing an apartment through this company and i have made future plans to break this lease once my mold testing is done because at this point this unit is not livable and should be taken off the leasing list for future residents until it has been thoroughly tested and condemned. Sadly, you can't even get in contact with corporate to inform them of this issue because it's hard to get in contact with them. Your safety is not a concern, but they will gladly take your money and threaten you for eviction if you don't pay on time."

"I've been living in Milbrook Park Apartments for almost 7 years. Within the last 3 years the have raised the rent 3 time. From $1,240 to $1,480 and now it's going up to $1,549 yet there haven't been any renovations done. The machines in my laundry room have been out of service for months now. Which I've reported to the leasing office and the company that owns them. Hell for the amount they're charging every unit should have a washer and dryer. The ceiling in my bathroom runs not leaks whenever the neighbors upstairs turn on their water which I reported 3 weeks ago and that still hasn't been resolved. My ac unit keeps going up every couple weeks and they can seem to fix it even tho it's a brand new unit. I've decided to move in the next month to a much better and more affordable house smh it's said people are this money hungry."

"I moved out in October 2022 and It is now May 31, 2023 and They still have not given me back my security. They have been giving me the run around for Eight months. I have to spend money on an attorney and take them to court. I have bills to pay this is so stressful. I even called the local news station for help. From reading the reviews I see that this is a pattern for this company."

"The Giants employees even Mgr on duty Danny wasn't too helpful. Seemed stressed. Lost money in the lottery machine. Was told store Mgr would call me. No call since. Everyone was clueless to hire to help. Revised 04/24/23, on 04/23/23 My refund from the lottery machine was returned to my card. On 04/24/23 one of the managers returned my call to resolve the issue. It took a little longer than one would expect for a return call but she did call. Changing my review from 3 to 4 stars."
