"I have been living here the past 4 years and although there isn’t any perfect scenario ANYWHERE you gonna live, my experience here has been wonderful. From safety, to decent neighbors, clean grounds (Bob works so hard and is absolutely diligent in everything he does. He’s the type of person who cares about an issue and goes above and beyond. Definitely an asset to Dutchtown), Cindy being the manager who’s there to always make sure every concern is addressed in a timely and professional manner, I love living here. My only two requests if possible will be for management to consider having a playground on the property for kids. Even something small for them to play. Also, in the night it gets really dark and so if the community’s parking lots and Main Street on the property could be adequately lit, it’ll be much safer and better for visibility purposes and also as a proactive way to continue to keep incidents and crime off the property. (Not that there has been any issue I’m aware of since living there). Thanks for being thorough with your screening process as far as residents are concerned because living in a safe-ish community is paramount for everyone."
