"This was an Awful school when I attended . There is a reason I heard multiple people had to retake the program over and over again . The head of the school doesn’t care or listen to concerns. If you have a a disability good luck getting help with out having to fight them. She was just plain rude and played favorites to the cosmetology students. As far as teachers I was told don’t get Ms Law but you really have no say in who you get and of course that’s who I had . What kind of teacher gives a quiz then a test right away before reviewing the quiz . Then tells students they failed the quiz because of a specific mistake but after already giving the test to them . You only get a few test and quiz’s, so failing any will set you back. They seem to want people to fail so they come back and spend more money. AND on top of that who tells a student they shouldn’t be a nurse because you can’t handle an old man getting a catheter and you got light headed etc in front of the whole class. Well I said ( it’s called caring about patients and not knowing if I could console them or what i was able to do besides watch the old man in pain) also that after doing something over and over or being around something you get used to it, that’s the point of school and the program . She didn’t seem to like me much in general. i’m not sure why because I get along with everyone and all my teachers always loved me .. Maybe it’s because I actually read the books and did my studying, so when i made it aware her test answers and questions were not what the book said and wrong- i’m sure she was embarrassed and took me for a know it all . or it could be because i was white . who knows what her deal was honestly . Maybe they should also give more direction in clinical too in the nursing homes and hospitals instead of throwing you in with no guidance .. just here’s your room go get to it …what a joke that was. I could go on and on about all the disgraceful things about this school and the actions from when I attended but it took me long enough to write this review. My advice Go get a college experience at a better place instead of wasting your money and time here. Funny thing is when she told me I failed the math portion of the program by two points she said to come back and try again and seemed for a second like she actually cared. Maybe if she reviewed things in order and thought better that would of been avoided . I just laughed i’d of never went back there . WORSt PLACE I ever attended a program. I did obtain my esthetician and nursing from a much better area and school"
