"Before you sign up for their swimming lessons, make sure you read this review because there will be NO REFUND for your money and NO CANCELLATION, and also there is NO trial session! Even if you don’t like the place and their lessons, there is NO REFUND OR CANCELLATION. All they do is transferring you to another location which is 50 minutes away from Clinton. First, THERE IS NO CHANGING ROOM! People change to their swimsuits next to the pool in everyone’s presence! There is only ONE shower in bathroom, which is cold and not usable. THERE IS NO CHANGING TABLE FOR BABIES!!! EVEN ONE! You have to change your baby/toddler on the tables next to the pool, in everyone’s presence! When I asked them about it, they said “you can change your baby in your car!” Imagine paying $336 for 8 sessions swimming lessons and in the end being forced to ruin your car and change your baby in the car with wet swimsuit!!!!!!!!!! Second, even if you choose to pay for one month swimming lessons, and receive a receipt for that in email, they charge you for 2 months! Plus one time registration fee which is $78 and not cheap. And there is no refund, if you don’t like it! Third, there is NO MAKE-UP session. All they do is giving you free family swim session, which is not in Clinton location. The closest location is 50 minutes away. So basically it is not usable either. Forth, the location is terrible! The pavement around the parking area is full of holes. They said the hotel is under construction."
