"Called and spoke to Mary about leasing a 2 bedroom and when I told her we have a dog that’s 50lbs she tells me the limit is 35lbs but that she can speak to her supervisor to see if they can make an exception. My husband and I then show up a few days later to see if we could tour the apartment and when we told her in person about our dog all of the sudden once she sees its a Hispanic couple, they can’t take a dog over 35lbs no exceptions. When I asked if she can talk to her supervisor about it she tells me no that it’s just her that she is the one in charge. It was just giving racist vibes. Please stick to your word and don’t try to bend the rules for who you choose!"
