"They're predatory and discriminatory towards tenants. Everything breaks fast and if you want appliances that work, it will cost you $200 month extra on top of their high rates and increasing yearly by 13% minimally. Management is rude and borderline sleezy if you fall a little behind, and they will throw you down a hole in financial ruin rather than work with you to catch up. 1 month late and you're evicted and what would be a 2,000 catch up turns into 8,000 in fees."

And the property manager Ashley is amazing and was more then happy to help me with an issue I was having. It was resolved right away. 5 stars all the way! Thank you guys!"

"Kimberly in the leasing office is by far one of the best human beings my boyfriend and I have ever met! During a very stressful time for both him and I family wise, we ended up losing my co-signer and did not know if we would have the funds to qualify since my boyfriend had just started his new job and we did not have his paychecks yet. Even though we had a move-in date scheduled for the apartment and the apartment could have been given to anybody else because we did not sign a lease yet, Kimberly made sure that we were able to submit paychecks weekly when he got them and we were finally able to qualify. I am disabled and she went out of her way to make sure that I had every possible accommodation I could need accessible and future ones possible. When we came to sign the lease, my mom came along. Even though none of us had met Kimberly before that day and had only talked through phone, text or email, she made us feel like part of her family. I was nervous about moving since this is our first house away from mine and my boyfriend’s families. I am at ease knowing that whatever happens, Kimberly is always there and always has our back!"
