"Every time I book with this hotel with my fiancé and family, it is always clean. The kids have fun at the pool that Jacuzzi in the bathroom is perfect. Their breakfast can be better but out of all great hotel."

"The room was perfectly fine. The Jacuzzi in the room is a hit though the indoor pool/Jacuzzi were NOT listed has out of order prior to booking which is misleading. Overall nice Management, clean rooms and hallways. Car entrance should be widen."

"The tub whirlpool jets did not work, and neither did the bath faucet. I had to fill the bath with the shower head. The TV remote did not work, so we were unable to watch TV. The bed was clean and comfortable. The towels were also clean, which we appreciated. Although they claim it is a “non-smoking” hotel, there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. The hallways smelled of marijuana at some points. Overall, our stay was mediocre. It was fine for one night, but next time I will make sure I request a room with a working tub and television."

"Horrible! The only positive statement I can make about this hotel was that I don’t think it had bugs. Breakfast was disgusting. Was there for 5 days, repeatedly requested housekeeping services ( finally got a quick clean the day before we left). The public areas were nasty and in disrepair. The “pool” was gross and they refused to cut on the whirlpool, insisting that it wasn’t a whirlpool, just a small pool ( there were signs to the contrary). Towels and linens were unavailable most days. The apathetic front desk clerk continuously lied and was zero help in resolving issues. Had to use bath mats and cleaning rags for bathing because he didn’t know/refused to walk to the laundry. Can’t blame housekeeping though because I believe that there is only one lady to clean everything. The plumbing was substandard, floors, walls, and bedding all had stains. This appeared to have been a nice hotel at some point, but has obviously been let go for quite some time. Neighborhood was sketchy."

"As a gold member, I booked a room here on my points for my Friends acknowledging that in the comments (special request) where I left their names, as in every other choice hotel I expected them to check in with no problem or at least giving me a call or email about any concern about my request. at 10 pm Front desk, agent refused to check them in since I am not there, when my friend called me and I tried to talk to the front desk agent he refused to even take a phone and talk to me making excuses about how he already asked his manager and manager DIDN'T ALLOW and there is nothing he can do about that. THE WORSE PART is that he refused to cancel my reservation so that I can get my points back now once they made a new reservation and choose to pay for the room. I happen to work for one of the Choice hotels and I was granulated with policy and the way they treat their customers. I had to call Choice directly with this issue and as usual, they didn't disappoint me, but I'll never book at this property again."
