"The Doctor i seen was great, he seen and throughly checked my son for his head injury BUT that front desk girl “ Lorna “ need to learn some new professionalism. She called me before i came me before i came and i explain to her, i just want my son to be checked out by the doctor she goes okay then when i get There and i check myself in she finally asked me did i check In and what’s my child name i told her and she said picks up the phone and says to whoever “ i don’t know why she came in i told her she need to need to take her child to the hospital “ where is her bedside mannerism and where is her professionalism , where is her MD, PA, NP or even a MA certification to even tell me where to take my child! The only reason i didn't Curse her out is cause i didn't Want my child to be denied the visit and she wasn’t outside in the front when i came out! & THIS IS COMING FROM A LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL! HIRE BETTER STAFF 0-10 !!"
"Bad experience, i booked my appointment so my daughter will not have to wait longer. They let most of the walk in person to pass before us.. so if you going to this place make sure go with plenty time to avoid other people take your spot. Only one doctor for so many children . You have to be extra careful your children are diagnosed properly ."
"came with a child because the child’s temperature was 40 Celsius, he was feeling nauseous, we came to the emergency room, we were told that there were 2 people in front of us, in the end 4 people passed in front of us, it was the worst decision to come here, terrible service and disrespect children and their parents, if you have a problem with a child, it is better to call an ambulance or go to another hospital"
"The providers are rude, not kids and parent friendly. Honestly, the practice hasn’t been the same since Dr Sonia Patel, she was the best provider ever! She was friendly and understanding. Now, these providers are rude, and make the parent feel so uncomfortable about the child Illness. Also let’s not forget the MA I had today wasn’t nice, didn’t greet me and my son."
"Horrible experience doctor Pediatric, Lisa. She checked my son and said everything is OK with your son. She said that ear is clean throat is good everything is perfect but next day I went to see my sons regular pediatrician doctor and He showed me how my sons throat and his ear was infected, but urgent care doctor said that my son was perfect, if I can give zero star I can give it right now. Please don’t go if your child is very sick better go to ER.because they don’t care about your child."
