"Please stay away! Moved into the community in March with the promise of new construction advantages by D.R Horton and promised amenities through the Home Owners Association/Agreement with Prime Management. However, the pool was was rarely open and continually closed on short notice. Residents were still expected to pay full HOA. The biggest and most disappointing aspect is the lack of landscaping. Every row of homes were promised irrigation, sprinklers and maintenance. Some have them and some don't. All of this is promised in the HOA agreement. My particular unit which was just completed in March just received sprinkler s. This was after several months of calls to the HOA and builder. The back of my home is filled with rocks and dirt with barley any grass. The builder and HOA point fingers at each other and refuse to abide by provisions in the agreement. Children play back there and are at constant risk of injury. Now the sprinklers don't work. No one wants to help or answer calls. However, we are still expected to pay 309 per month in fees for lack of landscaping and zero amenities. We were taken advantage of and our association refuses to help. We will be leaving this property as soon as we are able. The construction manager is no help with anything. Now they are building more home. Stay clear of this place."
