"My boys are loving living at Stafford preserves! We recently moved to the part of Stafford in October. Rebecca the property manager is so quick to respond and answer any questions. The maintenance guys are always on top of taking care of everything! We have enjoyed playing pool many nights, and hope to make more use of the gym soon! We can not wait for the outdoor pool to be open in the summer! My younger son is a competitive swimmer, and have the pool right at home will be so helpful to him!"
"Been living here for six years now and love it!! AJH has a great maintenance team that takes care of things in a timely fashion. Property managers and staff are always friendly and communicative about everything going on on the property. Additionally, AJH has a great landscaping company that keeps the grounds looking maintained and a pest control company that takes preventative measures. I have never felt more cared for in a apartment living environment and I appreciate the hard work and diligence of the property managers here at Stafford."

"Been living here since 2018 (third floor apartment) and even though ownership changed mid 2022 (upgraded to a townhouse unit it Feb 2022), the quality hasn't changed one bit. The maintenance team is great. Every time I've had to put in a ticket for something, it would get resolved either that same day or the next day at the very latest. They also use great lawn maintenance and pest control companies. The property always looks clean and pleasant as I have a nice view of it from my work-from-home office."
