Atlantic Heights

"One of the worst places I’ve lived in. You pay a lot of money to live there and it falls flat. Neighbors never learned how to close a door without slamming it which shakes the whole building and knocks things off the shelf. And this happens allday and night. Within the first few months the dryer broke the dishwasher broke and the fridge broke.maintenance was fast and friendly but when they replaced the refrigerator they replaced it with one much smaller then the one that was in the unit. People drive around the parking lot likes it’s the parkway the speeding is terrible. The office probably won’t do anything until someone gets hit. You can find better for the same price I’m sure. The rent is high but your getting a townhouse which should have been a nicer experience. Couldn’t even last a year here. Good luck"

"I’ve lived in AH now almost 5 years. I started on my own in an upstairs one bedroom and I loved it. It was an open concept and the perfect amount of space for myself and my pup. I’ve been in other apartments so having washer dryer and all appliances in house was fantastic. Once I had my first born I was transferred to a 2 story 2 bedroom luckily within a month of the request. It’s perfect for my little family, I’ve been able to make a condo feel like a home. Staff and maintenance crew are always friendly, prompt and efficient especially Evana that woman goes above and beyond for me. I love having the park, the pool, the fenced in dog area, clubhouse and the recycling center all within a short walking distance. Updates of any changes are always mass emailed to stay up to date and any issues I have from daily wear at home, even something as small as a lightbulb, are always addressed same week. My neighbors are beyond friendly but at the same time everyone stays to themselves which is ideal. I have no issues with parking spots and guests always have plenty of open spaces near my door. I have nothing but great things to say that’s why we’ve been here 5 years!"

"My family lived at Atlantic Heights for four years. The neighbors are great! Evana was always helpful. Maintenance guys were always respectful and quickly fixed the issue. They were fair with us after we moved. These apts even have storage , which would cost an extra 150 at a storage facility every month."

"My late husband and family moved into Atlantic Heights close to 5 years ago and recently moved to a home we purchased. I have fond memories of living there , many wonderful neighbors. But even more importantly management has been super!!! Whenever I needed anything, even off hours I was very quickly accommodated. Between the wonderful crew and office especially a huge shout out to Evana, I truly thank you guys for helping me when I needed help and for being there for us when we really needed you. I will miss my townhouse but will have those .memories in my heart."

"I have recently moved into Atlantic Heights and I can say I’m extremely happy! From the moment I walked in & met Jasmine & Avana I was very pleased! They are very nice people! After a couple more visits I felt like I knew them forever! I love my unit! My neighbors are very nice, it’s quiet and right behind me is the Barnegat Trail. The remodel in the office & common area is stunning!!! I’m so happy that my relocation led me to Atlantic Heights! ❤️ I can’t say enough kind words about Jasmine & Avana!"
