"9 months since door to balcony has been broken and not able to be shut. Still not fixed and maintenance gentlemen seems to only fix your requests if u put extra money in his pocket. Anyone who fixes anything doesn't speak english and do half @ss repairs. Low income homes is correct. Low quality people running it too. No one cares if they aren't getting anything from it."
"I’ve called about three times this past week and still haven’t gotten a call back, I just want to know if there are 1 bedroom units available."
"When I moved here I was excited to have such a beautiful apartment. The apartment has very spacious rooms and a balcony that makes the apartment stand out from others. They have a laundry facility that has been updated but the 2nd closet is actually very large and could of hold a washer and dryer. My building was pet free when I first moved in but now 2 tenants have pets. I wish my apartment would of stayed pet free. I love living on 2nd floor it has its benefits. I have a 3 bedroom 11/2 bath and I haven't been able to find another apartment complex to beat or match the price. I would recommend this apartment. I only state that if you choose a 1st floor or 2nd floor apartment that you make sure your neighbor above you have no pets.Other than that it is a very nice place to live."
"Yes so this place is very uncool. I don’t know how this place even has three stars! I guess lots of fake reviews or first impressions! I lived here for a little more than a year before I could just not take it anymore!! Looks good from the outside, hardwood floors will have you thinking it’s somewhere nice. I knew it was time to go on my first night when, the hallway smelled like deep fried diarrhea and year old expired seafood. Of course during the apartment tour no one was home so it was quiet and the hallway windows were opened, airing the place out. The second night, the neighbor upstairs was blasting music and the neighbor next to me had kids running around until 11:00pm! You can hear everything that happens, it’s like you live in a big house — but even in a house you wouldn’t hear people through the walls like this. Management wouldn’t do anything except sit there and tell you to call the cops. The MTPD does NOT appreciate that they are constantly present in the community. Actually management was often not present during office hours. There are a few friendly neighbors here who I got to know and who stick together but most of the people here are not friendly, don’t care about anyone but themselves and are just nasty people. Lots of potheads here and lots of people gaming the system who won’t and don’t work. I work hard to provide for my children and can’t even get a parking spot when I come home! I don’t want my kids around this kind of environment. I will say the newer management has been more willing to work with residents, however there’s nothing they can do to fix shoddy construction so... I’m out!!! Sad that a company would build a place like this."
