Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamstown - Glassboro, an IHG Hotel

"Holiday Inn express is usually our go to hotel since it is reliable. This one is very sub-par. I booked a “suite” for 6 people. It is very much NOT a suite. It’s a very small room. The sofa bed mattress is the thinnest I have ever seen and we had to track down bedding for it. It is so uncomfortable that people have trouble sleeping on it. I specifically booked a hotel with a fitness center because I need to run. They have one treadmill and it is broken. The shower has no water pressure, the water is lukewarm , and it doesn’t drain well. I would definitely not stay here again."

"I booked in cause the holiday Inn is very close to my son. It was a great place to stay! The staff were so kind and friendly...the room was very clean..plus there was full room service. Something I have not seen since before covid. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Stayed here for one night was disappointed with the outcome. Holiday inn is usually my go to hotel and I always have a great experience not sure what happened. I was told by the guy at the front desk that I would be in a newer room when I got to the room the rug had red stains on it I had no microwave and the drawer was broken there was no chair at the desk and no pictures on the wall I feel like the room was renovated and they forgot to put it back together. The morning breakfast they ran out of pancake mix so the machine was down and a few of us was waiting for them to bring out more eggs and bacon and coffee for atleast 30 minutes. Just very disappointed with my stay this time around."

"We’ve stayed at the hotel numerous times over the past 2 months due to renovations. very dog friendly hotel! Friendly staff. Clean rooms. coffee 24-7. free breakfast daily. Pool was clean too!"

"The worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. The most unfriendly and rude staff the entire trip. Room didn't have a remote, the AC was broken, and I was falsely charged for an additional room. The free breakfast was completely empty and when asked about a water fountain, the front desk worker laughed and whispered "upstairs". The unprofessionalism in this establishment is horrible and the area is in the middle of nowhere. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. I would rather sleep in a motel 8 than this disgusting hotel. STAY AWAY."
