7 Days Pediatrics

"Billed me to meet the pediatrician to decide if I wanted to use them for our child. We made it VERY clear we didn’t want an appointment or for our child to be seen. We simply wanted to meet the dr and learn about their practice but then we received a bill from them. I’ve never heard of this happening before and assumed it was a mistake but when we called the billing department was nasty and said “I don’t care if you just wanted to meet the dr and learn about the practice, I bill for everything.” Disgusting. Had this been disclosed, I would have never gone in at all."

"The billing department is so unorganized and nasty he makes up amounts that you owe.... it's a shame that he acts like it's his practice. Maybe the doctors will see after losing patients that they need to choose better staff that actually helps figure out the situation and isn't just worried about bleeding people for money they don't even owe!"

"Dr Reddy is fabulous& easy to work with. The staff provides great attention to detail with staff like Veda who go above & beyond to provide top level care. Late hours and multiple locations are a big plus for busy parents."
