"These are nice apartments located near the Lamppost Diner in Gloucester Township. The apartments here are neither large or small, but they are very clean and moden. They are a little bit on the high side price wise, but there is a large, on site in ground pool with deck chair seating around it, private parking, exercise room, and laundry rooms that are also very clean and modern. There is close access to 42 Expressway, A.C. Expressway, To Philadelphia, 676, 76, The Walt Whitman Bridge, and the Ben Franklin Bridge, 295, and 55. There are also in a prime location for shopping since there are shopping centers, supermarkets, and Department stores only minutes away, and located in the middle of beautiful Gloucester Township."

"This apartment office has allowed people to come into our home without permission twice now. The first time it was the maintenance men putting a chain inside our home without permission or being asked to. This time they gave the keys of our apartment to an entire different company to "work on the kitchen floor of a vacant apartment", and when confronted about the issue scoffed in our face and said "I am going on break". They were supposed to be working on a different apartment and the office wrote down our apartment number!!!!! Weve called and spoken with them and they have no intention on compensating or making up for it. They blatantly do not care. Not to mention I have an 8 montb old baby and they are allowing people to invade our home privacy unannounced. 0/10 recommend living here. Overpriced, awful management, terrible front office Have no respect for your living space whatsoever. And the electric bill is over the ROOF. Look elsewhere."

"Heads up - they will send maintenance crew into your apartment without prior notice. Came home to debris on my pillowcase(I think they cleaned the vent above my bed), my wall charger destroyed and urine in my toilet, with the seat up. Absolutely disgusting and I felt like my privacy was invaded. Another thing, you’ll get no privacy because the floor/ceiling is so thin."

"They did a great job keeping on older place in good shape. The pool is nice and I haven't use the gym but that seems nice also. Rent is a little high for what you get but that is also very common anymore. I wouldn't recommend here if you want this Township but you get can more vang for your buck in other counties."

"I have lived here for 12 years, enjoying the privacy, pleasant neighbors and the relative quite. Lots of parking, secluded, but with a great location near major highways. A negative is that there isn't an antenna system in the building. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
