"I moved here 6 months ago and I absolutely hate it and cannot wait until my lease is up. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and the appliances are outdated and trashy. The kitchen cabinets should be tore down, they are dirty. There’s water damage in the apartment and the walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbor cough that’s how thin these raggedy walls are. I’ve had issues with my lock. The do not provide keys to the door. Your front door lock is a numerical code which is dangerous. If you are in a pinch and need something super affordable go for it it but you’ll also be sacrificing comfortability and safety. This is the worst experience ever Update- this complex is full of it. I wish that I could attach audio files. The floors are not insulated at all. You can literally hear everything that the person below you is doing and saying. I called the rental office with my concerns and Micelle the lady at the office told me to turn my TV up. Instead of fixing the root of the issue they like to cover it up. Do not rent here"

"My Husband and I moved here in 4-2018. This was the First of 5 complex's we were going to look at few months be for we needed to move. We love the location. No matter which direction you go you find a grocery store or/& Pharmacy & fast food place's. Price to Rent is very reasonable. The Electric can be very costly. But, you control that. Since, heater is Electric and if you ran a/c . You ran your Electric up. Yes there are a few little issues to be address. But, no where is 100% free of issue's. Management and Maintenance has ALWAY'S helped me with my consider's. Fast to Respond for a Emergency. It's quiet for the most part. But, during Weekend's. Exspeacial in Summer. It can get very loud. But, nothing can't handle. So, if your Looking for very peaceful complex. My suggestion is-- move to a complex where No Kid's Aloud or a 55 yr's old plus- complex. Down side-- The play ground is set up for tot's and 6yr old's. Not enough picnic tables in rhe back yard ground's. May 2 more picnic table's, would be nice. No place to sit out front while waiting for a ride, or to just enjoy the day. My husband and I will Call-- Pine Valley Court Apartments our home till our Rent goes to high where we are forced to Move. Hope this HELP. This is Only my Experiences here at this Complex."

"Electric bill is very high, car get towed no matter if you live there. Maintenance start loud motorcycles 8am in the morning and just ride around in circles. Good price for apartment before electric bill. They never replace anything just say they fixed it and get mad when it breaks again."

"If I could give it zero stars I would but unfortunately I can’t .. Property manager get your car towed even though you live there. Was there 2years and they never upgraded anything in the apartment. But up the rent. Electric bill is 400 a month. Maintenance take up all the parking spots and they ride their motorcycles 8am, around the lot. If anything wrong in the apartment they blame you and maintenance lie about fixing things. Everything I wrote is true, I would not lie. Apartment size and price is nice and it’s an good location."
