"This complex has potential, but the management company neglects EVERYTHING. I have been here over a year and STILL don't have repair issues addressed from the time I moved in. They do zero up keep with the grounds, the buildings, the apartments. You leave dozens of messages for Kriegman and Smith and they take your number and never return your calls, even when you ask for the highest level of management, never a return call. Don't fall for their 'renovated' units. They throw some cheap flooring down, a coat of flat white paint and mediocre appliances and charge thousands of dollars for a unit. Everything else is still decades old and falling apart."
