"The place is kind of run-down, the key they gave me did not work so I had to ask at the office every time I wanted to enter my room and wait for someone to walk up. Staff was not polite or courteous, made us feel like we were an inconvenience for asking them to unlock the door. I booked a smoking room, and when I got there they told me they were all out and had to have non-smoking."

"This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING The service is TERRIBLE. Unfortunately my family & I were going through some hard times and were placed at what they have the nerve to call a “nice motel”. The rooms are disgusting filled with bed bugs and huge spiders, roaches & mold all over the place including the beds. The maid service is horrible, the older lady they have working does not clean AT ALL. Outside of the hotel is tick infested, unfortunately I’m a type 1 diabetic and ended up getting lymes disease because they do nothing about it. This motel is family owned & they are all extremely extremely rude. They yell at the children staying there for playing outside and for having toys, they tell them they need to play by the dumpster, one of the older lady’s working even yelled in a autistic child’s face threatening to call the cops because SHE was yelling in the child’s face throwing toys at him. They even tried to tell me I needed to leave for having my SERVICE DOG with me, they then continued to tell me that they didn’t care & that’s it’s not their problem. I continued to tell them that it’s against the law and they told me if I wanted to try and sue them to “go ahead” but that they didn’t want me there with him. They also place people who are under Megan’s law here around CHILDREN. You can’t bring your chair outside to sit because they will scream and bang on your door until you bring the chair inside because “it looks bad” as if the bed bugs, mold, ticks, and spiders didn’t look bad enough. They have absolutely nothing that is on the website available, no breakfast, and certainly NO CLEAN ROOMS, you have to pay a dollar for toilet paper & 3$ to have them come vacuum your room. They do not do laundry so you’ll never have clean sheets unless you pay for them or go buy your own. Also when you do tell them about what’s wrong in the room or about the bugs they do absolutely NOTHING about it. The family that owns it has there whole family living with them so they take up every parking spot with the multiple cars that they have and then they tell you that you can not bring your car in to park & that it’s not their problem. The gate that is set up outside is broken & has sharp edges they do NOTHING about knowing that they have children there who can get hurt. I can not believe that the service here is this horrible and that the rooms are this disgusting. I’ve also noticed people renting a room and walking right back out because of how disgusting it is, and they get no refund, they also charge them extra & tell guest the price is “wrong” online. Over all the experience is TERRIBLE, the service is TERRIBLE, the rooms are DISGUSTING, the people are extremely RUDE. I WOULD NOT I REPEAT I WOULD NOT recommend ever staying here. PLEASE DO NOT EVER COME HERE AND WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!"

"So. *ROOMS:* Inconsistent. Some rooms are bigger than others. Some rooms have two beds. Some have one. Some others have reported cockroaches. Bugs are a big problem here. Recently there had been a problem with some flying red bugs on the left side of the building. Rooms are also not very aesthetically pleasing. There is writing on the walls of my room, and the blanket feels dirty and uncomfortable. Included hangers are easily broken and annoying to deal with. My rooms TV is great though, 1080p and HD. *MANAGEMENT:* Oh boy. Managers kick people out for telling them about roaches. They also use false advertising to make their place seem better. There is no continental breakfast. It's a lie. They also charge you for toilet paper. It always smells bad in the office. And of all things to offer they offer ice. ICE. They also make sure it's not a family place. I have seen one of the owners go over to the flea market next door when it was closed. They went into a car and it circled around. They are obviously doing some kind of drug to smell up the room. They also complained about one of my friends kids because they were playing outside too much. During the summer. No, I am NOT JOKING. *FOOD:* None. Vending machine's fine, but it's not operated by the motel. *OVERALL RATING:* 2/10"

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! We get a courtesy call to see of we are keeping the reservation which was good or so I thought.. we arrive check in go to our room and pull back the covers on the bed. We see stained sheets blood on the pillow case and hairs all over. I proceed to go wash my hands went to use the hand towel and there was faces all over the towel. We then grab our things go down to the office and ask for a refund mind you we just gave them $70 for our room and there response was oh we can't do that but we can clean the room for you. Turn around check the room and they have brand new out of the bag sheets and towels In the room. Why this couldn't have been done in the first place is beyond me. And continental breakfast?? Maybe the owners who live at the hotel had that but seriously don't and I mean don't ever stay here!! The health inspector needs to go to this hotel and shut them down!!!!"

"WARNING!: This hotel was horrible. I booked the room online and it said it would be $69 and then I got charged $75. There were stains and cigarette burn holes in the blankets on the bed. The heat did not work so the room was freezing all night. The staff is horrible. When I mentioned it all while checking out the guy at the counter was rude and said I was just trying to get a free night stay and as I walked out the door said "nice try though". The smoke detector in the room was not hooked up. It was in a drawer. There was no bed bug cover on the bed like hotels are supposed to have. I feel as if I have to burn all my clothing I had in there. Over all the place is NOT sanitary or clean or worth the money for the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"
