"I lived there 30 years ago and you couldn't leave reviews back then. Due to circumstances beyond my control I could not keep my Apartment, however the saddest part to me was I was not able to get the rest of my Belongings including many things that belonged to my deceased Parents. My Dad who lived there right across from my Unit at the Time passed away and one of his Items I wasn't able to take back was his Military Trunk as he was a Veteran and we were a Military Family. No one from Management even bothered to call me, when I tried to call, no one was available. Finally my Fiance called and spoke to the Head Super named Mike at the Time who told my Fiance that all my Things were thrown out which would have included my Dad's Trunk. Wish I'd known then what I know, I was supposed to have been given 30 days to get my Things!"

"Thank you so much! Southbrook Gardens Apartments and I will miss the property manager Kia and her staff. You guys consistently provide prompt maintenance services in my apartment. I always receive immediate responses. I have lived in this apartment since 2015, but I have to leave because my family has grown, and I can no longer stay in a one-bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, very safe, and has a clean, central air system, and the service is worth your money. The residents are incredibly welcoming. I was surprised when my neighbor showed up to say Farewell to me. I told them I would return whenever a two-bedroom becomes available in July next year. If you're searching for a safe, clean, and respectful apartment, I highly recommend this property. Everything you need is within easy reach of you. Enough parking space for everyone, including visitors! Can you imagine?"

"Living at Southbrook Gardens was easily the best apartment complex experience that I’ve ever had. I cannot express enough gratitude to Kia and Manny for going far above and beyond the scope of managing the property. From the day I first toured the community to the day I unfortunately had to turn my key in I cannot find a single complaint, any time I had even the most minor inconvenience it was prioritized and handled immediately. If it hadn’t been for my job relocating I would have been happy at Southbrook until I was in position to buy my own home. Can’t say enough good things about this place. THANK YOU KIA AND MANNY!!!!"
