"Nice, but still in the need of repair. A lot of mold and broken joints in the bath room. Bed was nice, room was roomy but no free breakfast. It was very difficult to find the entrance. There was a Hilton property sharing the same parking lot and neither one of them were will marked for the front office. I will served a delicious breakfast this morning by Charles who I met in the restaurant. Charles is the best, he provides outstanding service and tends to all your needs."
"I never write reviews but I am for this to express my frustrations with this hotel for a wedding I was at. The main issue is that I was checked into a room that someone else already was in. This was terrifying opening the hotel room to see someone else was already in there. The receptionist staff then provided terrible customer service. They were rude, sarcastic, manager did not apologize, and showed no remorse that they had given me a room that belonged to someone else. This is what is really prompting me for writing this review. The icing on the cake was they made me miss the last wedding shuttle from the hotel because of this issue and slowness to correct the issue. This was after I told them I was in an urgent rush due to the wedding and the shuttle schedule. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel ever. -Signed, a Marriott Bonvoy member"
"Where to begin, I’ve only ever heard good things and personally experienced good things with Sheraton Hotels… that is until now. Where to begin.. the AC wasn’t working in any of the rooms, I had coworkers staying on every floor and none of our AC was working properly. I was there for an extended time, so I didn’t feel the need to have my room cleaned every single day, but rather only when I needed clean towels, toilet paper, etc.. The day that my room was cleaned, I was well below a half a roll of TP left. I ran out two days later and had to ask the front desk. My room hadn’t been cleaned, my towels and wash cloths were replaced and my bed was half made. Then there was the pool! Our first day there, we asked where it was located and the front desk, two ladies gave us directions. Once we arrived, there was a sign saying that it was closed for maintenance for 2hrs. The next day, the sign was gone and then back again and a few hours later. We asked the front desk if the pool was going to be available during our stay, they said it was supposed to be drained, cleaned (it was mercy and green, you couldn’t see the bottom), and filled with new water the next day. Needless to say, that never happened, but they were still telling new guests that they had an indoor pool! The majority of the staff was not approachable and/or just plain rude when trying to ask a question. There was one younger lady at the front desk who was super friendly, but I didn’t get her name. Tom was super approachable and always so nice and welcoming! I’ve never stayed anywhere that the hotel staff wasn’t friendly as a whole. I personally wouldn’t choose to stay at this Sheraton again."
