However, everything that was within her authority, she did right and I could not have asked for a better person to deal with. She is an asset to her team."

"Don’t expect to get your security deposit back. We attended the inspection, but did not get a list of itemized deductions for damages nor a notice, which was inconsistent with the leasing agreement. They deducted 1195.29 for a carpet replacement, 980 for full paint, 246 for cleaning，141 for water and sewer. I emailed Summer Schmidt three times for the charges evidence including screenshots/videos, estimated costs and invoices but got nothing."
