"The move made easy with the help of service manager Jonathan. He made sure, the newly renovated apartment is ready for use. He provide an easy walk through with me and the property manager Raimonda. After the move, Jonathan made a visit to assist with the cable company to install cable wires. Every time I see him, always asking if everything is okay and if I need assistance. I’m grateful for Jonathan who’s been making our stay comfortable."
"I have lived at Riverview Manor going on 6 years and finally things are getting done correctly and professionally and most importantly in a timely manner. I'd especially like to thank our New Service Manger Jonathan for being so efficient and doing great work! Making sure everything is fixed properly and takes the extra time to clean up after the job is done. He always friendly and smiling with is a pleasant change from the previous staff at Riverview Manor. Its great seeing all these positive changes happening. Thank you!"
"I had a lot of work to be done in my apartments and once Johnathan and Eddie knew about it, they came and fixed everything in no time , they were really amazing and helpful. "Very nice updated dwelling to call home with an ample amount of storage space!! The staff here are very attentive to your needs in a timely manner… Johnathan & Eddie do a superb job as our maintenance team and how can I not mention Rai; in managing the property. This place is phenomenal, in and out, look at the property it speaks for itself!!"
"I am very thankful for the new manager of maintenance. My sink broke due to a leak. He did not just efficiently fix it but he made sure the other less important jobs were taking care of as well. I truly appreciate it! It’s good to know that Eddie is not alone anymore. Johnathan and him are both reliable and efficient. They make an excellent team!"
