"I have lived at Forest Glen for roughly 5 years and I have been consistently disappointed by how poorly it is managed. Management won’t respond to email and the people who work the front desk on site can’t do anything since they just started seemingly that day. My advice is just don’t have any issues with your apartment/lease because they won’t respond. The head of maintenance at Forest Glen, Billy, is great and will help once management can pass along a message to him and his crew."

"I took my best friend to look for apartments when he was having a hard time finding something. We went to Forest Glen and a couple of others, when we saw Forest Glen, that was pretty much it. He decided to look at the one that wasn't renovated in order to stay in budget, but it really didn't matter it was nice and well kept . It was a nice size, but not so large that electric is going to be too much. The most important thing was it had all the things that anyone would want for convenience, washer and dryer right in the apartment, central air, a balcony and kitchen you can move in and a seperate dining room. It's super comfy and convenient, it is hard to check off every box in apt but this was did that right away. Jackie and Billy couldn't have made the situation any easier or more pleasent."

"Do not believe rental agent's any promises and offers. They have no power and responsibility about their offers if any problems are happened later. We have to directly talk with a manager or a person who can make a decision alone. In addition, do not use open telephone number and email address. We do not know who get and response it. Ask them a private email address."

"I would like to address this to “TERESA”.We drove 40mins to see an apartment that we had an appointment for,that you book!!You couldn’t have the decency to call and cancel our appointment.I seen a lot of comments about you and your work ethic, maybe you should consider a new line of work.Called the emergency number, no answer(Another red flag)Finally after 10 mins trying to reach someone, lady told us they never show apartments but we can fill out a $65 application fee lol. Comments about Teresa was true and the $65 application fee. No thank you, I’ll run for the hills with this place. From the outside of what I seen the place looks run down. Nothing like the pictures. So with that being said thank you Teresa for the no show. Probably saved us the headache of living at this place :)"

"I am looking for a rental property in Highland Park. I came across this one and am really interested in any that are available but when I called, there is a message that I left for Teresa. I must have called several times. No one came back to me. So I decided to visit the office. When I went there, Teresa was talking with someone and I waited for 5 mins outside out of courtesy. It seemed like their conversation was going to last long so I decided to interrupt and ask if I can come in so I don't have to wait out in the heat. When I spoke to Teresa she bluntly told me there is nothing available. I am shocked that all the websites are saying that there are apartments available and she just bluntly told me there are none available. She said that the website is not updated. This is a week later that I am writing this. Why is it still showing available apartments? I was not happy with the Leasing Office service. If there are negative stars, I would give that. I can't post this review without giving at least one star. I am not giving any stars to this Leasing Office service."
