"place is filthy, break ins all the time, low rents bringing in trash, stay away smells like curry and bed bugs everywhere, this is what you bring in with low rents and the management does not care. Very sad used to be a nice place and neighborhood. Raise your rents and keep the trash out!!!! Can we get this complex to clean up there property, with all the Indian businesses there is trash all along there property along Westmininster St. disgusting, they need to clean up there property and get all the trash out and low income and start enforcing some rules for there residents to clean up this property. Looks like the ghetto !!!! Section 8 moving in, horrible and not safe!!!!!. They need to raise there rents and clean up this property. Disgusting!!!! Get the trash out so people can live safe and clean!!!! They do not care!!! A year later and still disgusting, dirty, lots of section 8, everything around there is disgusting and this apartment complex doesn't care. property is dirty and area is not safe."

"I just called the leasing office to inquire about Chatham Arm apartment. The female at the leasing office asked me the number of people going to stay in the apartment? Fair question and I replied by saying that I will be the one staying there. She told me that if you are going to stay then nobody should visit you for more than two days. I told her that I am not looking for paying guest and the would be leasing the full house under a contract and my family visits from India quite often. Her reply was - This is not the apartment for you. If you want to stay here then no one should visit you for more than two days. I am living on rent in Jersey from past a decade but this is the first time I heard this. The female on the phone kept saying that she is in the lawyers office. These people have surely not heard of "The fair Housing Act". Simply Horrible and completely discriminatory."

"I am living here since 2018. The interior of one Bhk’s are very good. When you entered you can see a lot of space to manage your stuffs. They do not have balconies but if you have ground floor, you may get a good green grass space around your apartment. The management is awesome. They have all the things available online . You can raise requests online and they will assist you based on that. For 2 bhk’s I heard they have sometimes a little wait time. It is near by many Indian groceries like Patel and restaurants like bombay talks, other than that usps, Walmart dollar tree so many shops and restaurants are near by only. Staff is rude"

"I have lived here for over 5 years. I can't speak for the entire complex, but the section I live in is very quiet. The interiors are spacious! The grounds are well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled right away! The ladies in the office are lovely!"
